Monday, July 6, at 6:00 p.m.
On Zoom -- RSVP details below

Spending more time at home, but getting tired of cooking the same old thing? Join the Sausalito Library Cooking Club! Each week we’ll explore the online recipes of a new chef, each pick one that sounds tasty to try, and compare notes over Zoom while we chow down. All dietary restrictions and preferences welcome! You’ll come away with a new dish in your repertoire and recommendations for cookbooks in our collection to try on your own.

This session, we're exploring the recipes of Charles Phan, whose San Francisco restaurants like The Slanted Door have earned him the title "the inventor of modern Vietnamese cuisine in America". Browse his books in our collection, check out one of his titles on Overdrive or Libby, or find one of his recipes online. Experiment with something you've tried or never heard of, add ingredients to your shopping list or find something you can make from the contents of your pantry! For help placing holds on physical items or accessing our ebooks, email reference@sausalito.gov.

If you're interested in joining us for this session, email Tula at tbiederman@sausalito.gov. Newcomers welcome!
